    Another B'Bean question,

Been away for a few days, went over to the plot to harvest my Broad Beans and found that the pods had started to dry out, the beans inside too.
I know you can dry and cook with most beans but can you dry and later cook with B'Beans? I could use them as seed but would rather use them for cooking.
    Many thanks

Yes once dried store in airtight container and soak before cooking as you would any type of supermarket bought dried bean.
