Cheese and biscuits for pud. I just can’t get enough of Wensleydale!!! Mmmmmm…..

Linguine with a drizzle of truffle oil, leeks, black kale, roasted butternut and grated parmesan.

Aubergine parmigiana, at last... Lunch will be Greek salad and fresh pineapple. It's going to be a flavour-packed day today.

Hungarian goulash tonight - it’s slowly simmering away in the slow cooker on the floor in the lounge

Fresh bread from the breadmaker so I'm going to make some mushroom soup (and garlic croutons for Mr GF) next.

Linguine again, with a one pan dish of onion, garlic, celery and sweet pepper - topped with cubes of roast parsnip with walnuts and Saint Agur.

Chicken in gochujang sauce (Korean red chilli sauce) with udon noodles and stir-fried veg.

Veggie burgers, garlic potatoes, bean salad, mixed lettuce lambs, Artic king, land cress, Valmaine with assorted pickles and chutney.

Fish stew for tonight. Salmon, pollack, tom from the freezer and probably black kale. Maybe spuds or rice too.
