Leek, onion & potato soup from Delia's recipe book. Only home grown contribution was a bunch of chives. Still tasted good though.

I don't know why I bother planning, the days never go the way I expect.

Lunch: what we should have had for supper yesterday and the day before but didn't (just as well the fish is frozen...)
Supper: white bean and tuna salad with assorted other veg

Definitely making the sourdough loaf tonight as have already started the poolish. Might make some other loaves for the freezer. Buns... who knows? I wouldn't count on it. I've had zero luck finding time for them recently.

Due to the grotty weather yesterday afternoon I made a few pasta bakes. Some for the freezer, a couple to give away today and one to eat. We had it with garlic bread and salad followed by strawberries and cream.

Discovered that the potatoes Mr Snoop bought are fancy French jobs (Princess Amandine). So yesterday turned into salmon, potatoes and veg. So

    Lunch: more sandwiches
Supper: what we should have had yesterday

Plus a sourdough loaf and something sweet for the freezer.
