    OK, so none of what I posted except the spaghetti, but with a sausage ragł. Just as well you don't have to plan in advance when to breathe as I wouldn't have survived very long.

    Pasta bake I made last week back out of the freezer, garlic bread and a mixed salad.
    Still got some strawberries left that I picked yesterday so either strawberries and cream or Eton Mess.

    Lunch: piperade and salad (didn't have it yesterday as not hungry for some reason)
    Supper: home-made spaghetti in courgette, cream and black pepper sauce, water melon granita for afters.

    More bread. Last cool night of the season, I think, so be good to get one in for the freezer. Plus some buns/biscuits for the freezer while the range is on.

    Ham salad with baked potato.
    Just 6 home grown veg in my salad.
    MIxed salad leaves, cucumber, spring onions, garlic chives, tomato peppers.
    All the rest were shop bought but nice all the same.

    Strawberries and raspberries with cream for desert.

    Bulgar and feta salad. Eleven home grown items on a plate.
    In the salad - courgettes, sungold toms, spring onions, hot wax, garlic, DFB's, carrots, red onion and basil.
    On the side, shredded radicchio (tossed in olive oil, lime juice and sea salt) and cucumber raita (left over from yesterday)

    I did give the rest of the carrot cake away. His sister has already texted me, "best cake she has ever eaten".

    My husband has an upset tummy this morning (too much carrot cake possibly????). I think something bland is in order. Fish pie topped with mash I think. Maybe I' ll give the rest of the cake to his sister so that he avoids temptation.

    Lunch: Greek salad
    Supper: Piperade with some steamed potatoes and maybe more salad.

    More bread (it's going to be cool tonight) and possibly some flapjacks for the freezer.
