  • Recommendations for book on freezing food

Hi, I've got a small freezer (200 l capacity), which I'm hoping to use to freeze surplus produce from the veg patch. But as I've never had more than a small freezer over a fridge for frozen peas and the like, I'm a bit unsure as to how to prepare different foods for freezing. Can anyone recommend a good book or give me some general pointers?
    Thanks.

^Thanks. Do you blanch stuff in advance or does that depend?
