So far only about 20 glasses of jam - strawberry/rhubarb, strawberry/blackcurrant, blackcurrant/rhubarb, gooseberry, blackcurrant.
Btw, I don't actually eat much jam ...

Five jars of blackberry jelly and 5 jars of "Indian chutney". No idea yet what the chutney will taste like other than quite currified. It used up quite a few windfall Bramleys.a

You guys are really adventurous, I've frozen some blackberries lol, due to being sugar intolerant we've stopped making jams

                    6 jars of loganberry jam
4 jars salt pickled cucumber (one after the other, though, not all at once)

Plus tons of frozen stuff (rhubarb, loganberries, whitecurrants, blackcurrants, gooseberries, plums)

                      Apple harvest is in ;-)
So far, 8 crumbles/pies worth of apple pie filling, a years supply of savoury apple sauce, 2 kinds of mincemeat and 3 kinds of apple chutney. Thinking about a big batch of apple and ginger jam with another bucketful

Not had much time for preserving other than freezing.
Having said that there a lot of cakes in the freezer( and quiches using our own veg) ...mostly to use up eggs but also containing garden fruit. Sort of like Dorset apple cake but with blackcurrants or raspberries, windfall apples, gooseberries etc etc.
Oh, also Bakewell tarts using baked rhubarb instead of the jam. Yum.
And a large batch of lemon curd ( using up eggs) which was eaten within the fortnight!

This week I did make 4 jars of piccalilli , then 5 more jars with loads of chilli and peppers mixed in...chillillili maybe??

10 jars of chopped tomatoes, the rest will have to go in the freezer.

I used to make lots of lemon curd when I kept chickens, but now I have to buy eggs it seems like wicked decadence to use half a dozen eggs just to make a spread and I can't bring myself to do it.

I've frozen quite a quantity of runner beans, and made damson jam and blackberry jam with wild fruit from the hedgerows. waiting for the rose hips to ripen now for rosehip syrup.
