    I made "Allotment Jelly" yesterday. It would have been blackberry and apple jelly but not enough blackberries so I threw some strawberries and raspberries in as well.
    I think later today it will be apple and chilli jelly.

      Made some tomatillo jam today.
      It didn't set properly the first time, so I had to tip it out and boil it a bit longer.

        4 jars or rhubarb, orange and ginger jam
        4 jars Courgette pickle
        3 jars pickled nasturtium seeds
        6 jars Indian apple chutney.
        4 jars apple and ginger chutney
        4 jars HFW's gluttony

        4 containers dehydrated apple
        2 tubs blackberry apple fruit leathers.

        frozen blackberries, raspberries, rhubarb and toms.

          Fruit infused vodka, a chest freezer full of raspberries strawberries, blackberries currants- black and red, blueberries, rhubarb, apple filling for crumbles, tomatoes, soup of various kinds, French beans, broad beans, calabrese. Also dried tomatoes and garlic plaits. Pickled eggs cucumber and sauerkraut.

                  A freezer full of fruit pie fillings, soups and beans, 3 varieties of chutney(18 jars), 12 jars of mincemeat, a jar each of dried apple slices and dried garlic slices, and a few jars of pickled beetroot.
