has anybody made it? just found a recipe online, very similar to making sloe gin so going to give it a go. I've got 30 llbs of cherry plums in the freezer there's only so many jars of chutney and jam I can make!

hadn't thought about that, i wonder if I did 50/50 with sloes or damsons that would make it dryer, have loads of sloes and some damsons in the freezer too! I'm guessing i'll get differentt colours depending on which plums I use, i've got various - yellow, red, deep red and some that are an almost oragy colourComment
