    potting up over wintered dahlias

    I have some over wintered dahlias that have a few shoots appearing on them , I plan to plant them out in my surprise bed later

    Should I take them out of the perlite and pot them up and leave in the greenhouse before planting out ?

    Yes, I'd pot them up - still may need covering (fleece, polysheet?) if we get forecasts for very cold nights, though.

    The early warmth has woken them up - I'm just thinking of doing the same with mine

      Ok I will pot them up and put in the greenhouse but keep an eye on the temp
