    Anyone any thoughts? Im not sure as I didn't want to disturb the flower too much but I think the flower is associated with the ferny multi sectioned leaves.

          Cheers VC, think you're right, will wait for it to open. It may be a slightly confused anenome. Although it's been a funny year, we've still got a rose trying to hold on to a bloom and the daffs, snow drops and crocus are already showing.
