    lily of the valley

    Hi all
    Am I too late to split my lily of the valley now, they are just coming into flower, but are taking over the border. If not when is the best time to thin them. Thanks

    Technically it should be split in the autumn - but if it has spread everywhere, like mine has, it may be an idea to split it when the leaves are still on so that may be a bit earlier.
