  • Geranium Seedlings

Having germinated my Geranium seeds indoors using a heat mat and now have over 60 seedlings I want to move them out into my greenhouse which has some heat from a Paraffin heater. As I live in the South West the days and nights are getting milder and I was wondering if they can be moved now.

Please can someone tell me if I can move them or should I wait. Problem is it is getting a bit crowded indoors and I need the room!

    Best regards,
    Greg

You need to keep the greenhouse temperature up to at least 10C overnight - if you mean pelargoniums ( the tender ones) rather than hardy garden geraniums.

They need to be kept in the warn then. What I am doing with my tomato seedlings is moving the trays out to the conservatory in the day then back in the house at night.
