  • Dianthus - Bleeding Hearts

After flowering in summer I moved & split a healthy plant from my back garden into a new boarder in the front. It went in happy & flowered but now looks like its died.

Is this normal. Has it died back in winter? Or have I put it into shock?

Is there anything I can do I love this plant!!

Mine is currently going to sleep for the winter - fear not, it should be back next year

They do look a bit like that this time of year, but will return! (Dicentra)

Yep, it's dicentra not dianthus. They do die back in autumn and come back in spring.
