  • Netto's fruit trees

Got some bare rooted fruit trees in Netto's at only £3.99 each! Didn't make a note of varieties but their were apples, plums, cherries and nectarines. They are about five foot high and look to be in reasonable nick. The roots were in a plastic bag. Fancied the apple but wanted to check whether it was self fertile but can't remember the name Doh!!!!

Well it wouldn't have had the same ring with "in reasonable NTG" would it?

Nick The Brief was a very good jumper I seem to remember. Named after a barrister/lawyer.

Nick the greek was a character in the movie Lock Stock and Two Smoking Barrels... ?

Did you manage to find out if they are self fertile varieties?
