Are far as I am aware the best way is to layer them......bend down a branch and peg it into the soil .S*d the housework I have a lottie to dig

Cuttings as seeds may not come true and would take ages to get to fruiting bushes.

Cuttings every time - or check round an established bush for tip rooted stems.Whooops - now what are the dogs getting up to?Comment

When I prune in the autumn I stick loads of cuttings in the ground and most of them seem to root - takes a few years to get big enough to fruit though- although probaby less time than seeds to fruit.Comment
