  • Goji Berries Struggling

    Hi,

I bought two Goji Berry plants last year and planted them in some large pots. They have done really well over the winter and spring with loads of growth. The problem now is that over the last week or so I've noticed that the leaves are starting to look a bit weak and are curling up. I know that they do not need much water but could the recent rains have over watered them?

    Cheers,

    Brian

I don't know the answer but have just germinated a goji from seed so I am interested in the advice you get....

As far as I am aware goji berries need as much water as any other fruit grown in this country, so it may be that they got a bit to dry. Which could account for leaves drying up. Dont let the plants get waterlogged but do give plenty of water.I would give them a feed of blood fish and bone and mulch them to keep them moist.
