  • Fruit trees in pots?

I really wanted to start one off next year but I really don't have the faintest idea on trees.
Can anyone reccomend a good beginners tree that would be okay to grow in a large pot (45cm across)?
    Much appreciated

A lot of nurseries sell what they call mini trees which are ideal for pots.
The greatness comes not when things go always good for you,but the greatness comes when you are really tested, when you take, some knocks, some disappointments;because only if youv'e been in the deepest valley can you ever know how magnificent it is to be on the highest mountain.

      1) What type of fruit ? Eg apples, plums etc ?
      2) If apples get some cordons from blackmoors.
