  • Feeding Strawberries

The book says that Strawberries should be fed with Fish Meal in April. Did it last year but this year the Fish Meal seems to have vanished from the shelves.

Anyone know why? What can I use as an alternative please?

Bob Flowerdew's book says strawberries need rich soil, with slow release of phosphorus such as bonemeal. Also to give them a dressing of seaweed meal. I haven't looked recently to see if these are around in the shops.

      Hi
I've got Fish, Blood and Bone (from N M Kays) would this do the same job as bonemeal?
