  • Burr Knot & Ben's Red

FB, I think, mentioned these two a while back, having some time to spare I just looked them up in mycopy of the Apple register and at the NFC.

There are several, the nicest seems to be the one also called Oslin

It is in the NFC (for scion) or as a tree at Keepers

Also here APPLETREEMAN - a celebration of apples and orchards in Perthshire and beyond... maybe some scion ?

Ben's red is also at keepers and the NFC

How bizarre you should mention the variety Oslin. It was briefy mentioned on the Beechgrove garden the other day along with other heritage varieties. Jim was on a visit to Pitmedden gardens in the north of Scotland. The factsheet for it is here :- The Beechgrove Garden - Produced by Tern Television

It's actually worth a watch.. You should get it on iplayer it was shown on tv in Scotland on the 1st of October.
