Just read that yor location is Fife.
I only know of 2 places for a large selection of apples: Keepers Nursey in Kent and The Brogdale Trust again in Kent.

Keepers sell trees so search for their web site and see if it is there and on the rootsock you want.

Brogdale is the national collection and they will graft any of their varieties on to any rootstock. Only problem is that I do not know if they will then mail the tree out. I have always gone to collect. Not an option for you.

According to their website R.V. Rogers of Pickering, North Yorks, appear to have Arthur Turner, though the closest you'll get to MM111 is a Maiden on MM106. R.V.Roger Ltd

Try also Butterworths' Organic Nursery, a Scottish nursery which lists Arthur Turner on MM106. Welcome to Britains Oldest Organic Nursery
