I dont have any room to have a green house in the garden right now. I have a Len to in the garden what is almost closed off to the wind on one side it has a coragated roof should I move them in there?

I have bubble wrapp around the plant pots to keep some heat in. Would you recommend covering the hole plant at night with a cover?

Fresh compost and a feed at the same time is powerful stuff. Probably too rich and risking 'fertiliser scorch' - that could be why it's droopy. It may shrivel and drop all its leaves from the 'shock' of such rich growing conditions but with adequate watering it should come back to life and grow some new leaves.

Tatty leaves could be bugs or wind. Most trees have a lot of tatty leaves by autumn. Don't worry about it and certainly don't remove them on a tiny tree unless you have confirmed that it's a disease. Small birds sometimes inspect tatty leaves in the hope of finding a bug to eat.

If I were you, I would put it in a sheltered spot and give it a good watering (no more fertiliser until the compost has lost its nutrients which probably won't be until next spring).

Is this shelter in the sun? Without knowing your location, I would say it will make it very hot. A good location with no need for cover would be up against a north facing wall. Coo and sheltered so the leaves don't lose too much water and give the roots a chance to grow.

I did not want the plants to get to cold at night. I don't have any room for a green house right now.
So thought I would try and make something like it. The shelter gets lots of Sun in the morning but as the day gets on there is less sun. I have put lots of little holes in the plastic to let some of the heat out.

If this shelter is not a good Idea I will take it off. We have had a lot of strong winds the past few days so was trying to stop it from getting wind shock.
