    I was a teacher for 27 years.
    The workload and the awful.bullying culture in my last school made me realise if i didnt get out I'd be fit for nothing so in May 2017 I did just that.
    I walked away.
    I drove a van for Ocado for six months and then got my current job working for a recycling charity.
    I had to give up my first plot due to the pressures of my job.
    Now i have free time I am ready to get stuck in again.

    Just gone back to school after having a whole week off for half term.
    I went up to look at my new half plot and then didn't venture up the plot again!!
    Had been very ill before half term with Swine Flu and felt generally weak and tired but really felt bad at not getting up there.
    Will make an effort this weekend as long as it isn't raining so hard as it did this Sunday.
    I am a hardy soul but not daft enough to go out in that sort of weather.

    Have had a very stressful year, what with school closure, son being ill, hubbie being ill, looking for new job etc etc!!
    However have been on Summer hols now for three weeks and am starting to feel benefit of this as beginning to relax.
    Just decorated my new office ready for the school year so have a nice place to work, if there is such a thing.
    Lottie to be honest haven't done as much as would have liked, combination of weather, exhaustion and so many other things to do. ...

    Half term is here beginning this weekend, i am so happy as i am leaving behind lots of stress.
    I have my new job sorted am looking forward really positively and there is a seven week school holiday to enjoy too.
    Lots planned for next week, get on top of those bloomin docs on the plot get in all those seedlings and plants in the greenhouse and just enjoy my lottie and garden. Bliss

    I think i bought a some sort of proton accelerator not a heated propogator from B and Q, reason being i can almost see the seeds growing in front of my eyes! Courgettes, squash and cucumbers are little seedlings in days, amazing.
