Yes as per my post the coucil do not have allotments

So I need to look for a private supplier, which I cannot seem to find anyting on the internet.

No, but they might know who does run some.

I don't know the area, so I'm just throwing London allotment sites at you, for you to read thru & get some ideas. Contact some of the numbers given, ask someone more local than I am what they advise.
