Default What jobs have you planned for the allotment/ garden in Feb?

Just one those questions to see what people will be doing in Feb.

I will be continuing to put a new fence around my plots...sounds like a quick job but it's 89 mtrs. Was hoping to get another 6 posts in this weekend but the weather put pay to that

Same here... fencing! And rip out the last bits of the carpet - only small-ish areas left.
Got a massive chicken house to take down as it's useless, and I want to put a polytunnel there.
And I'm eyeing up the plot next door

Move some fruit bushes and trees to somewhere still undecided.
Pot up seedling toms, cues and courgettes that are in the bedroom - hope to give them some visiting time in the GH later this month.
    Sow lots more seeds.

Cutting down the majority of my Autumn bliss raspberries leaving a few to make an earlier crop, sowing my toms, chillies and some more lettuce.

Finish digging out, lining and filling my bog garden. Think that was my job for last Feb too...

Sorting out a path and a couple of steps, finish weeding and mulch the soft fruit area, put beds in GH instead of using growbags, build a hotbed, continue sowing in gh/on windowsills, finish compost bin.

Note that more than half of these need the ground to be soft enough to dig and/or bash in posts. Hope the weather man is reading!
