Click on Vicki's name and a drop down menu comes up. Select Send Private Message and a new window opens for you to write your message. Click submit and it's done.

if you click on my user name it'll give you the option to send a private message to me - just means you don't have to put your address for everyone to see on the main thread. Then I'll pick it up ( you can see at the top right of the screen if there are any messages waiting for you) and voila! I will send you your planner!!
