  • I've made a start

Feeling very proud of myself, I've made a start on my allotment today. I've only managed to dig over one bed as I was by myself but I've planted some autumn onions in half of the bed so fingers crossed.

I've also sown some all year lettuce seeds in a propagator as the instructions said I could do this for overwintering.

Back to the allotment at the weekend with my two sons and a measuring tape to get the measurements and dig over the rest. Hopefully many hands will make light work.

    Such a sense of achievement!

Well donr Bex! So chuffed that you managed to get something planted on your first day, it took us 2 weeks of clearing before we got anything in!!

Have to agree completely with the sense of acchievement, it really does feel great to have made a difference doen't it!
