  • I've got one!!!

Guess who is a happy little bunny? well, dog actually! I've only gone and got myself a lottie!!! Just been down to have a look - and I am well chuffed! It's not too badly overgrown, and is 25' x 25'. Shame its been raining that hard recently I can't get digging straight away! What a super Christmas present! I'm not going to do any housework or wrapping of Christmas presents, I'm going to start planning what I'm going to plant and where! Dexterdog

Your turn had to come one day. Now you can start with a plot that at least looks better with the winter die back. I hope you are both happy together.

I didn't have to wait at all - much to my surprise! My first choice of lottie plot there was a four year waiting list. The one I have got is actually in a better place for me - I can pop in on my way home from work! Can't wait for the longer nights and better weather! Dexterdog

Congratulations DDL. I'm sure you'll have many happy hours there. I bet you're just dying to get started. Maybe garlic will be the first thing you ever plant It's the right time for it. Good luck with the enterprise.

Thanks everyone! OH wasnt too sure at first, but think he's coming round! As long as he helps me when I get a shed then that's fine, I can do the rest - albeit slowly! Happiness is getting a lottie for Christmas! Dexterdog

Congrats DDL! I am sooo pleased for you, you deserve a plot, I just know that you will be a credit to the plot and have loads of great fruit and veg growing in no time at all!

Mr D says what size black plastic do you need, we could measure the clear stuff and you could always paint it black if needs be!!

Thanks Sue- I wanted black plastic to make sure the weeds didn't grow, or rather were killed off and then didnt grow back. I must take some photos and then have a real good go at Nicks instructions for putting photos on't Vine. Dexterdog
