Happy new year everyone, not posted for a while!

So last year some of you may remember that I got my first ever plot, it was a half plot and I did pretty well for my first year and agreed to take on a full size plot on the same site, however after agreeing the deal and waiting for paperwork to arrive I saw someone tending the plot and they gave it to someone else behind my back, I was a little bit upset by that and told them I wouldn't be renewing my current plot at the end of the year..

Fast forward a few weeks and I have now got a full size plot on a site right next to where I work, its in pretty good shape and no jungle to tackle, It has a shed on there that just needs re-felting and theres a load of useful bits and bobs like a cold frame and pots, pallets, compost bins and even next to the mains water trough and toilet block etc etc

I will start work on it next weekend and get it tidied up and then get my greenhouse up there, I'm really excited to get going and make it my own.. will keep updating via this thread over the year

Congratulations, Damian. You were lucky things turned out so well for you. It sounds like a great spot. Great location and in a reasonable condition. Hope you have a good time there.

Thanks everyone! will definitely be some Giant onions and Giant marrows on the cards this year.. and a pumpkin patch too.. everything else other than tidying up will be made up as I go along, I do plan on trying some Chilli plants in the ground too.. last year my pots stayed in the garden and had amazing results without greenhouse so will test a few hardier varieties to see if anything comes of them, will have plenty of ground to spare
