Isn't it great when you find friendly wildlife on your plot? This afternoon when I lifted the piece of corrugated iron I keep at the top of the plot for slow worms not only did I have 6 beautiful slowies but my friendly toad had moved up from the bottom of the plot, I was a bit worried that I was getting too tidy for him, but also just sneaking out as I lifted it was a little furry creature, possibly a wood mouse, tho' it was a bit small, might have been a vole or shrew but I couldn't see its snout as it was in a bit of a hurry. I think my plot is the only one of the 6 that's favoured by such friendly creatures.
