| I have a small pile of damp rotting logs (rejects from winter fuel deliveries) I thought I could stack them by my raised beds in the hope of attracting a toad or two. Just wundered if this would be counter productive as a nice home for slugs and snails also ![]() |

| I can see where your worries are but I have a couple of log piles on my lotties and they do work. If you dont have amphibians, at least you know where a chunk of your snail problem will be hiding.

| one would think that by now, nowaypedro ,they would have learned how to share,just in case that is not so,lol, i am wanting in encouraging more wildlife onto my lottie,so would be interested if a toad house would work,if so,how about a suitable size clay,plant pot,with a doorway of course,and a welcome sign above |
