Full again now and the squirrels are enjoying themselves. Shame there was nothing there Christmas and Boxing Day.
Our nut feeder in the front garden had frequents visits from a great spotted woodpecker on Christmas Day to the delight of one and all.

Perhaps we should make a donation for more peanuts? Abernethy looks a fabulous place, I'd love to go see the ospreys!

The RSPB: Help us keep Abernethy special

Well I've just made a £3 donation on my credit card - that should buy a bag of nuts!!! lol!

I have never seen any activity there. and the nuts are gone again. Being a busybody, I have emailed and asked someone to fill up the birdfeeder for us. Fingers crossed !

Good for you Two Sheds. We looked yesterday and found the site was nut-free. Not very good advert for the RSPB if they can't fill their own nut feeders!

Well Flum here's what I posted above, but no-one else seems to have replied?

I got a very nice thank you letter from the RSPB too!

I'm a member of RSPB and they have lots of stunning reserves to visit.

Just tried the link again. The video stream wouldn't load - just the black screen for ages. Maybe they've pulled the plug rather than advertise the fact that they haven't filled the feeders?

Tried it today also, but not working.

It was very windy yesterday so unless some squirrel has got its own back for the nuts not being replenished, maybe the wind has affected the connection

Let's hope they realise and check the connection tomorrow.

Hope it's not terminal, it's like Chirstmas every time you open the screen up, you don't know what you're going to see.
