Encarsia will only parisitise glasshouse whitefly scales (Trialeurodes vaporariorum) though, its not so good on cabbage whitefly (Aleyrodes proletella) which is the one you will normally see on allotments and in gardens. Encarsia is great in greenhouses, but its a bit temperature sensitive to use outside and you can't stop them bu****ing off elsewhere!
