Default white fly control

If any of you good people use stergene for white fly control Morrisons have it with about 25% off until 20 05 07 the store i was in Coventry alvis retail park

No not me-try encarsia formosa -a small wasp that lays its eggs in those of the whitefly. Used to work for a woman who bred preditor insects-Happy to put you in touch if you PM me

Encarsia will only parisitise glasshouse whitefly scales (Trialeurodes vaporariorum) though, its not so good on cabbage whitefly (Aleyrodes proletella) which is the one you will normally see on allotments and in gardens. Encarsia is great in greenhouses, but its a bit temperature sensitive to use outside and you can't stop them bu****ing off elsewhere!

I intend to use stergen on my allotments your method is probabley very good in the greenhouse but how do i tell them which are my sprouts so as the leave the others alone jacob
