Default Whats this

Its black, has six legs, but if you took the legs of it would look like a caterpillar. The legs are all at the front so it looks like it has a long tail at the back. it has 6 orange dots along the side of its back. I found 2 on my chilli and pepper plants. Are they trouble?

Without a picture, but from your description, they sound like ladybird larvae.

Very, very good.

They gobble up greenfly/blackfly.

Nurture!!

Ooooh...shame on you!!!
I think it's our instincts these days to kill anything moving which we are unsure about!
Maybe this 'getting back to nature' is about leaving things we aren't sure about??
We've all done the same sort of thing ( hangs head in shame smilie )
