Today I've got some odd leaves. Any idea what caused it?

Can't see too well but are they on a window ledge? Looks like it could be sun scorch. Mind have been outside since the end of May.
Some of us live in the past, always talking about back then. Some of us live in the future, always planning what we are going to do. And, then there are those, who neither look behind or ahead, but just enjoy the moment of right now.

When I looked them up it said they like a regular temp , more humid and its exposed and windy here with cool nights at the moment . I didn't want to kill them so I kept them indoors.
If I'd room I'm GH I'd have shoved them there.
They were an experiment so didn't expect anything tbh.
I will cut leaves off and see what happens.
Took leaves off 2 plants, a couple had a shriveled leaf on a browning stem that seemed it had lost the will to live.Last edited by Containergardener; 15-07-2016, 02:15 PM.Northern England.Comment

Think I'm being a bit thick but why have you taken the leaves off, they don't look dead so will be photosynthesising for the plant?!?

Aren't they the same as growing dwarf french beans..the leaves look as if they've scorched where they have been kep to dry in a pot. They would be best outside, though without any leaves they aren't going to grow too well.Comment

Ha ha , I havnt removed all the leaves , I'm not that daft, just some that had shriveled strangely.
I will pot them on today and plonk em outside then...and pray they survive

I would try them outside, what Pinto beans are they?, as some struggle over here, I always grow Nordak Pinto beans they love it over here, mine have started to set little beans .Comment

They were an experiment from a pkt of supermarket dried beans, so I don't know variety.Northern England.Comment
