Hard to tell from the pic - teasel or a spurge are the two that spring to mind.

Nothing quite matches it, looks somewhat like a Joe-Pye Weed or New York Ironweed

Probably completely wrong but it's not some kind of snap dragon is it? Looks a bit like the random ones that spring up on my driveway.

Wait til it flowers then repost a pic.

You can kill it by hoeing or pulling and not allowing the seeds to set.

Defiantly not snap dragon Sarah unless snap dragons can grow to 6ft high.

Will allow some to flower and then post another pic, the bee's do love it!
