                            SLUGS!

Put the peas on the plot under net to escape the birds, each pot had at least 2 baby slugs lurking in them today.

Nematodes here this year too. Everywhere.

Badgers. They have munched their way through willow planter and snuffled through pots of water cress etc leaving dead plants and piles of earth everywhere on terrace. I really, really hope they have eaten lots of slugs and snails in the process or they'll be in trouble!
