Yesterday I had to hoe up all my brassicas as they were dead or dying of root fly. It was hugely depressing. I have some small plants coming on under netting, and hopefully they will take their place. I'd love some advice. I know all about prevention, but is there any way of killing the little grubs once they are there? Tried ***** fluid - no good.
Looking through the website, it seems we may be over the worst infestation (May), but should I on the west coast of Scotland be OK, or will I get another invasion in August? Does anyone out there have any ideas about this?
