Brown spots on sycamore tree?

Can anyone identify what's wrong with my beloved Sycamore tree? Thought it was quite healthy but just noticed these brown spots on the leaves today... A quick Google only shows me tar spot, but these are nothing like those spots...

Any help greatly appreciated!

This comes from the USA but us worth going through and goooogling piccies to see if any are similar...
