Brocoli plant problem query

The shiny dry slime certainly indicates slugs are your problem and looking at the leaves I would suggest slugs or snails. Pick the pot up, look underneath, run your hand around the rim of the pot. They are very difficult to find. Pop out when it's getting dark and have another look...

Ive had some eating my newly sprouted green beans...couldn't find them anywhere, had a closer look and they were tucked up inthe bottom of the pots, I could see them through the drainage holes.

The third photo looks like leaf miner trails,with the black dots inside the leaf being the bugs which can eat the leaf & leave it skeletonized? Cut those bits off if it is leaf miners or they could grow & lay more eggs? Are you growing them under butterfly netting? I had a cluster of eggs on my brocolli the other day,the caterpillars start off tiny & same colour as broccoli so difficult to spot.

Under closer inspection No sign of any slugs and snails plus can't actually remember the last time I saw any in the garden 'touch wood' and the slime residue may be just the leaf sap from the damage,total guess though.
Did spot some other culprits under closer inspection and think jungle Jane may have shed some light on it being leaf miner trails....... after a bit of Google searching the damage looks to be the same as the damage done by what I think I found in Suspect No1 (rest his soul) a brown coloured sawfly looking kinda guy crawling up one of the containers,he definitely looked like he was up to no good with someone's leaves that's for sure.

Also spotted a couple of green fly aphid type things which could be in on the action.
Some little red mite things,not sure how they like to party but probably up to no good as well.
A couple of centipedes in the drainage hole which are still there cause they give me hebee gebee's and plenty full of spiders.

Nope not got any covers on them Jane which is top priority for tomorrow and should really have done earlier, I'll give them a dust down inspection,relocate and get some nettingset up.Any other advice for cleaning them up or deterrents naturally without using chemical based products? Centipedes eat slug eggs,don't worry about them or spiders,they're helpful insects. I don't use anything to protect from leaf miners,just keep an eye on plants,bug watch is essential because we don't want to spray anything on our crops. A couple of aphids can turn into hundreds of aphids unless they're greenflies? If they've got wings they're probably greenflies that don't seem to do much damage to plants in their small numbers. Aphids are a problem if you ever get them,they don't like being squirted with water,if they fall off the plant I don't think they can climb back on,but they do reproduce like crazy.
