Default Bright orange eggs!

Hi, what may have laid the tiny cluster of bright orange eggs on my onion leaf?
Hope it was not ladybirds as i have removed them

sorry! size of butterfly eggs and all packed together on onion leaf about 2mm by 3mm area of eggs

Well the butterflies that were infesting my brassicas last year laid orange eggs. Couldn't be them could it - on their hols maybe?
