 Ouch! Okay so it's not that bad but when I looked in the mirror this morning I noticed a rather red nose and cheeks that looked distinctly like sunburn. I thought I'd caught the sun on my arms the other day so it looks like I had. I'm off to buy some protection today and I'm going to start wearing my hat, espesh as I've had a lot of my hair cut off. Just a reminder that the sun is getting quite warm and it's better to be safe than sorry. Cover up, wear a hat, use the lotion and drink plenty of water. Stay safe folks.

| Very good advice - i could have done with heeding this 2 weeks ago, and maybe i wouldn't have got so burnt!
