Today id Sunday and the weather has been really balmy for the past week. Picked about 10 lb. of toms yesterday and there are still plenty on the bushes. I have to say however they are really beginning to slow down on the ripening front now. Chillis and toms in greenhouse still going well. Temp today 15deg.

Sat, and where has the week gone. A mixed week with a couple of wet days but still the temp. in double figures. All the dhalias still in blossom and a lily bloomed this week. Seasons gone mad i think. Today is mild but no drying. Temp 13deg.

Today must be the wettest day we have had in i don't know how long. Woke up to heavy rain first thing and its still lashing at the moment. Roads flooded everywhere as so much water is falling so quickly. Had to go into town this morning and came home soaked through. Temp still staying high though.

A cold crisp sunny day here today. Was actually able to take grand daughter for a walk in her buggy. Cant speak for last week as I was in Feurteventura having a week of very welcome sunshine.

Had our first frost last night. Don't know what the temp was but this morning at 11 o'clock there was still ice on the greenhouse window and the bird bath was still frozen. Everything white and looking exceedingly pretty.
