As you all know by now I am growing things in hanging baskets and pots as an experiment . Well ,the beans ,snow peas and tomatos are all in the baskets , but they are not growing very fast , they seem to be in limbo. If I put some grow more on them will it still be ok to feed with tomerite when the flowers come or will one mess up the other .Should I just water with miricle grow instead. I also have another question , My runner beans are out but the area where they are planted in the garden seems to have sunk a bit . I would like to gradually top it up . Can I use shop bought farmyard manure for this or would it have to be compost . I don't want to burn the stems and it would be imposible to keep it away from them .The shop bought stuff isn't as strong as fresh manure I'm thinking .

You should never put fresh manure on the ground. It will burn the plants.
check the labels on your Miracle Gro and your Tomorite. I am guessing the NPK ratio will be roughly the same.

If your pots and baskets are outside it is still a bit on the cool side. Beans and toms will slow down at current temperatures. Be patient and start feeding when more rapid growth (probably in about 3 weeks) resumes. Don't be tempted to overfeed before they start growing properly.Comment

Rana is right about temps being a bit cool still (esp at night).

Peas should be growing well now as the cool nights should not affect them to much. Beans however will slow down for a week or so. I would not think of feeding them yet.

Ok , I won't feed them yet , i'll wait a bit and then go straight to the tomerite . Thank you everyone for answering .
