it might be due to them running out of food, give them a feed with a general fertiliser such as BFB or growmore.

Actually Steven, I meant are they in open ground or in pots. Never mind - could you add your location to your profile please, then it will show up on your posts (top right hand side, you will see that I am in Lowestoft).

What is your climate like there. After overwintering, my garlic are just starting to grow now the weather's warmed up a bit so I'll give them a feed of Growmore.

Hi Steven, welcome to the Vine

I have given my garlic a feed of comfrey tea in the last couple of weeks as it was looking a bit bedraggled and it's perked up well. Sounds like yours needs something to give it a boost.

Thanks for the advice, I just gave it some bone and blood meal - hopefully it does the trick!
