Default winter squash

I've finally got some fruit appearing but wonder if they'll make it to maturity. Hopefully won't see any frost down here until Mid November but by then my garden loses light until it's finally plunged into total shade until spring.

I've got a mixed lot.
looks like, gem , Butternut and something bigger, hopefully Crown Prince.
how long roughly would it take to get them to maturity from first female flowering?
Any suggestions what I can do to hurry them along? Pinch anything out? Feed? Sweet talk? Classical music?
