  • Why does one of my PSB plants look different?

I have three PSB plants. One, in the middle, looks different from the other two. It is shorter, bushier and has some purple tinge to it that the others dont. All seed from the same pack. Not sure which variety.

    thanks!

Perhaps you should ask why the other 2 plants don't have a purple tinge to them

Good point. I was assuming that the single one was the odd one, but maybe it is the right one and I've got two of something else!

I've noticed that on plants in previous years. I guess if it isn't an F1 hybrid there will be some variation.

Probably a rogue seed(seeds) it does happen when the packet quantities are high. It could be an F1 sneaked through the sorting process.

It was an unspecified variety from B&Q. I guess I'll see what I end up with. Who knows, could be good to have some variety.
