| I've only found one other thread on the topic, it was in this section so I hope it's the right one. I've been doing a bit of reading, you can grow it indoors in 8-10 days ready for juicing. However, it's supposed to take 200 days to be ready for the best taste/nutrition and is usually grown in Kansas. Just wondering if anyone is growing any? I was thinking maybe growing it outside more slowly but I read about it needed 16 hours of sunlight a day |

| I know it's meant to be easy, apparently loads of juice bars have it growing in trays. I'm just wondering if it's possible to get a superior end product by somehow growing it more slowly - if it takes 200 days naturally then 10 seems a tad short. |

| Alice, wheatgrass is the new 'in thing' in juicing. Aclaimed as a 'Superfood'. It's hard to juice it, you need a masticator. It's also an acquired taste. |

| Life's too short to acquire tastes! That usually means it's horrid or needs disguising with strawberries. Don't have a juicer anyway but I do like sprouting seeds.
