What wrong with my leaves

It looks to be only the seed leaves on the pumpkins,the rest of the plant seems nice and green,the tomato leaves look like sun burn due to water on them,do the pumpkins need a bigger pot for now,

I was think maybe both need planting in a bigger pot. I'll have a look for some at the weekend.

I think those toms need potting on, the yellowness may be because they've used up all the nutrients in those pots?

I was wondering if I should plant them into the black morrisons flower buckets now. Rather then having to move them again in a couple of weeks.

It's still a tad cold so many plants are struggling. As LD says, it's only the seed leaves on the pumpkin so nowt to worry about there.

Some of mine have done similar - I think it is lack of nutrients in a small pot - I am going to sow later next year - some of my Toms are 2ft tall and the cucs have 2-3 inch fruit.

Not enough room in the greenhouse.

This year I sowed a few seeds in early feb,theyre very tall,a few seeds a month later,theyre about 2 ft tall then most of them a few weeks after that. It's worked out really well. Most of them are just under a foot big,easy to carry in & out. Previous years I've sown them all too early & carrying 2ft tall plants in & out to harden up & having them in that tiny pot for so long,makes things more difficult than they need to be. Also the amount of leaf growth,the compost runs out of nutrients,needs feed every 6 weeks or so. The yellowing leaves are a signal of little nitrogen in the compost.

I've potted them in bigger pots so fingers crossed no more curling leaves. I haven't potted up the pumpkins will do them tomorrow.

Leaf roll on a tomato is nothing to worry about providing they are healthy in other respects. In fact if its in young plants it can be a good sign.

Its the yellowing leaves that are the problem and you potting them on could well be the cure.

Mine have done exactly the same, just the lower leaves but were really big in they're pots, I moved them into bigger pots and all seem fine now.

Some later yellowing can be down to magnesium deficiency. This I have found be helped with Epsom salts.

My tomatoes always do this as they grow; the bottom leaves turn yellow and drop off progressively.
The seed leaves give up by the time the plant first flowers, then the first true leaves follow in a month or so.

I pick them off when there isn't much healthy leaf left but apart from that I just let them get on with it.

It doesn't seem to affect the crop.

Hey all
I'm still worried about my tomato leaves.
I've added a couple of picture for you all to see the damage
Could somone please put my mind to rest and telling me if its normal or not. The top leaves look lovely and green.

Ive wen sprayin them for the last couple of days with epson salts. Should I start to feed them?
