  • What leafy vegetable can i grow that...

... is similar to watercress in that it regenerates shortly after harvesting? Someone told me Chinese broccoli regrows after cutting, is this the case?

    Thanks

I'm not actually sure about the broccoli but lots of other chinese veg does. Mibuna and mizuna both keep cropping. My mizuna kept going right up till it got covered in snow, and even then some survived.. The Real Seed web site has some good information.

A lot of brassicas and lettuce types will send up second crops and more if you don't cut them right down to ground level.

I now grow very little hearting lettuce as the CCA varieties are much more convenient. You just pull off the leaves you need and leave them to grow more.
