    Hi.

    Welcome to the Vine.

It's hard to say as we don't know where you are. Could you pop your location into your profile and then someone will be along to help you.

Hi VGW - with your tomatoes and courgettes I'd move them on to individual pots as soon as they get their second set of leaves - handle by the seed leaves and take great care not to damage the stem - you can plant them a little deeper when you pot them on.
Sweetcorn are different - they make very deep roots from the word go. You will need to pot them on into something very deep - and they form a tall shoot not spreading pairs of leaves. Handle carefully when you pot on into something deep like a kitchen roll innard.
And welcome to the vine by the way - whereabouts are you growing?
Whooops - now what are the dogs getting up to?

The seed of sweetcorn and courgettes are big enough to sow individually into 3" pots and then they can grow on to a fairly large size before they need to be planted outside. But you should only do this when frosts have finished (late May). For tomatoes, I plant about 6 per 3" pot and when they have developed true leaves, I transplant them into individual 3" pots which can then be planted on into bigger pots and then by late May they will be a good size for planting outside (again if the frosts have ended). If you have a greenhouse then they can go in there, that's where mine are.
